初学者在长草区最容易犯的错误是：希望不经过长草直接击到球，于是往往造成削头球。所以，在长草区救球最关键的是要学会判断球位的深浅，这样才可以保证击到球心，不同的球位有不同的注意事项和不同的击球技巧。

　　判断球位

　　在球位附近把一只手指头深入长草区内，对球位的深度做到心中有数。

　　击球技巧

　　A.球陷在长草中

　　1.杆身要略握短些，左手最后三指要握紧点, 因为长草对杆面的阻扰比较大, 握紧些可以更好地控制杆面。

　　2.杆面要略呈开放式，因为长草会拉住杆颈，造成杆面的关闭,Golf discount。

　　3.上杆的幅度要缩小些,约为 3/4 挥杆。
