Gardai and AA warn motorists to drive with extreme caution,Rain shoe for women
Gardai and the AA are warning motorists to slow down this evening as falls of snow and ice make driving conditions extremely dangerous.
A number of commuters have contacted Wicklownews.net this evening to say they have not moved on the N11 in upto 20 minuties on the south bound lane , the N81 between Tallaght and Baltinglass is moving very slowly with the Embankment hill being very dangerous .
Temperatures at the moment are below freezing and are expected to fall as low as -15 in parts of the county tonight .
The roads in Roundwood are treacherous especially the road to Loughdan and back road to Laragh motorists are advised to keep to the main road and only travel if it is completely essential
